Selected high-quality materials
Enetec selects SPCC low-carbon cold rolled strip steel plates (with carbon content ≤ 0.25%), which comply with European standards such as EN10130 and EN10131. Its material has high plasticity and toughness, especially good cold deformation plasticity, high pressure resistance, superior welding performance, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Fully automated production line
Enetec strictly adheres to the 1SO 9001:2015 production quality management system, fully automated intelligent production line processing and manufacturing, without manual intervention throughout the entire process, improving production efficiency by 2.5 times, ensuring that the product is of qualified factory quality.
Advanced turbulence technology
The design of the 5-hole water channel plate connecting ring and super large capacity water channel plate is superior to the industry, ensuring a reasonable turbulent circulation state. Compared to the laminar flow structure of ordinary steel plate radiators, it has more thermal conductivity, greatly improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator.
European surface treatment process
The surface treatment of Enetec steel plate radiators has undergone five advanced European level processes:
1. Pre degreasing+main degreasing
2. High pressure pure water flushing+drying
3. Surface treatment of Henkel nanoceramics in Germany
4. Epoxy resin electrostatic powder spraying
5. High temperature baking molding at 200 ° C
